Brother Stout was born in Barren County, Kentucky on September 1, 1964.  He graduated from Barren County High School in 1982.  He has been in the Printing Ink Business for over 25 years and currently works for INX International Ink Company as a National Account Technical Manager.  He is married to Cindy (Morrison) Stout and they have one son Logan.  He has a daughter Kacey and a grandson Kaden.  He and his wife attend Southside Christian Church in Versailles.
